Your relationships shouldn’t feel this hard.
You want to feel secure, understood, and connected in your relationships without sacrificing your own needs, but instead you feel:
Exhausted from constantly trying to keep the peace, avoid conflict, or figure out how to make things better.
Anxious and full of self-doubt, replaying conversations, second-guessing your feelings, and wondering whether you're expecting too much from the people you care about.
Stuck and alone, wanting things to change but feeling powerless because your partner, family member, or friend doesn't seem willing to acknowledge the problem or work on the relationship with you.
Maybe you've started walking on eggshells, holding back what you really think, or feeling resentful toward people you love. You find yourself caught between wanting to preserve these relationships and wondering how much longer you can keep doing this. And even when you're not with them, the stress follows you - affecting your confidence, your mood, and your ability to feel like yourself.
Hi, I’m Liz.
What if improving your relationships didn’t have to depend on someone else’s willingness to change?
Sometimes people in our lives (partners, families, friends) can’t or won’t join us for therapy. That’s where I come in. I provide individual therapy to help you focus on your relationships without the requirement of having anyone else in the room. I see clients in my offices in Craig and Steamboat Springs and online for residents throughout Colorado.
With over a decade of experience and advanced Level 2 training in Internal Family Systems, I specialize in helping adults navigate complicated relationships, unresolved emotional wounds, anxiety, and patterns that keep them feeling stuck. My expertise allows us to look beyond surface-level struggles and explore what's really happening underneath.
After our work together, clients describe feeling clearer about their needs, steadier in hard conversations, and closer to the people in their lives while still feeling like themselves.
