In our work together, we’ll slow things down enough to hear what’s actually happening inside. We’ll use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to gently explore the parts of you that are in pain, stuck in survival mode, or trying to protect you in ways that no longer serve you.

This isn’t about forcing change. It’s about creating a relationship with yourself that’s rooted in understanding, not fear.
